In her fullest expression as an artist, ash is an energy alchemist, transmuting pain into purpose, evolving perception to invite fluidity in fulfillment of our soul. She utilizes conscious practices such as IFS, kundalini, somatic movement and presentencing in partnership with intentional psychedelic plant medicine to best support your quest towards integral connection.

Operating from raw experience, extensive training and intuitive knowing, ash believes there is meaning, teachings and beauty in all we encounter. 

Collective bravery and courage in turning towards our fear enhances the quality of our existence. Navigating potential (& temporary) discomfort to heal humans of the past, present and future is the ultimate and unwavering commitment of love ash promotes in relational exchange. 

Trust, surrender and belief that we each are vastly held each and every step of the way is the path of least resistance.
